If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Due to appointment availability we request a 48 hour notice to cancel. Non compliance fees are applied.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Coventry, Healthnet/Tricare, Medicare, Multi-Plan/PHCS, United Healthcare. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own Dermatologist.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Office Administrator for details.
